Vince Thompson is the newest Facility Stewardship Specialist at Smart Church Solutions, joining

the team in July 2026. He brings a wide-ranging background to church facility care, with

experience spanning construction, remodeling, insurance restoration, project management,

consulting, and sales. That work has included consulting on stained glass restoration projects,

giving him a practical understanding of one of the church’s most treasured and vulnerable

assets. Alongside his professional work, Vince has spent years involved in church leadership

and ministry, and he finds real joy in helping churches make informed decisions about their

facilities so they can stay focused on their mission.

Vince and his wife have been married for thirty-two years and have two adult sons and one

granddaughter. When he isn’t working with churches, Vince enjoys writing, rewatching the same

TV shows over and over, deer hunting, and relaxing with a good cup of chai or matcha.
