Over the course of her career, Tammy has helped faith-based nonprofits strengthen their messaging, grow donor support, secure grant funding, and advance mission-driven projects. Her work has included multiple capital campaigns, strategic communications

plans, fundraising events, grant proposals, and development coaching for camps, churches, ministries, and community-based nonprofits.

Tammy served as Communications and Development Director at Camp Hebron, where she helped increase camper participation, grant income, event revenue, and donor engagement. Today, she consults with faith-based nonprofits across the country and speaks at Christian camping conferences and most recently the Christian Leadership Alliance, sharing practical grant writing strategies and fundraising insights with ministry leaders.

Tammy's heart is to help Fatih-Based organizations clarify their vision, tell their story well, and secure the resources needed to put their mission into action.
