Susanne Simon brings more than two decades of experience helping ministries and churches strengthen trust, expand influence, and achieve sustainable growth through strategic communication and partnership development. Known for her ability to recognize patterns and identify opportunities, she helps leaders align mission, relationships, and resources to create meaningful impact.

Her experience spans faith-based, nonprofit, educational, and business sectors, where she has built collaborative partnerships. She has served at Salem Media for over 22 years and holds the position of Senior Media and Ministry Strategist.

Susanne also serves as the Engagement Officer at Christian Business Partners in Houston and speaks  regularly at organization meetings, Salem Media community and business events.  Susanne and her husband Derrick have been married for 23 years and live in Sugar Land with their dog babies, Birdie and Moe.  They love long walks, cooking together and visiting their extended family in California.
