Rick Cadden brings over 30 years of extensive leadership experience in church administration, specializing in support staff development, food service, facility management, operations, risk management, budgeting and finance, human resources, and hospitality ministry. He currently serves as Pastor of Business Administration at First Baptist Church, Burleson, Texas.

Rick holds certifications from The Church Network (TCN) and the Baptist Leader Network, and he is a licensed and ordained minister. Throughout his ministry career, he has served in multiple leadership roles including Children’s Pastor, Business Administrator, and Executive Pastor. Prior to entering ministry, Rick spent 25 years as a self-employed sales professional in the automotive parts industry.

A passionate communicator and connector, Rick is a frequent speaker at national, regional, and local events. His leadership roles include serving as President of the Greater Fort Worth TCN Chapter, General Chair for The Church Network National Conference, and President of the Baptist Leader Network. He is also a regular session leader for Truett Seminary’s Business of Ministry Program and the Texas Ministry Conference, and has been a trainer for the TCN Certification Program.

Rick is known for his collaborative spirit and love for equipping church leaders with practical, real-world tools to serve with excellence.
