Michael has spent his entire life in the visual communications industry. Starting humbly in 1990 as a graphic designer and print broker while volunteering for a local church, he went to a technology school for offset print operations and was certified in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark Xpress. He spent fourteen years in print operations, working in every department for very large commercial printers. In 1995, he was the 418th person certified on the world’s first digital press, the Indigo E-Print 1000.
In 2004, he went to work for a manufacturer of printing equipment and software. Twenty years later, he is a specialist at a print and marketing supply chain, and he helps organizations improve the efficiency of their people, processes, and technology.
Focusing on what is achievable, Michael helps organizations remove islands of technology, connecting systems and creating processes that allow them to ensure on-time, brand-compliant communications with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
