Matt Elliott is the founder and owner of AV Design Pros, a Houston-based audiovisual design and integration firm. He started his career in the church, not in the AV industry. As a church communications director, he watched an AV integrator take advantage of his church, and he walked away convinced there had to be a fair way to do this work. In 2017 he started AV Design Pros to prove it.

Today Matt leads an agile team that handles every stage of a project, from the first walkthrough and system design to installation, training, and ongoing support for years after. Churches get one partner who knows their room inside and out. Matt is an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), and he still thinks like the guy in the booth on Sunday morning: build systems volunteers can run, and treat every church like it's your own.
