Glenn Wood is the Pastor of Administration for Seacoast Church, where he has served since 1995. Seacoast is a multisite non-denominational church with fifteen campuses. Glenn oversees administration, legal work, campus leases, site selection, campus design, insurance, politics, and construction projects for Seacoast. He also serves as the staff liaison to the Board of Trustees. Basically, he does what no one else wants to do!

With over three decades of experience transforming visions into realities, Glenn specializes in aligning construction and operational projects with an organization's unique story. From intimate office renovations to expansive 90,000 sq. ft. facilities, Glenn has successfully guided more than 30 projects across the U.S., assisting churches, non-profits, and businesses to achieve their facility goals. “Data tells part of your story, and part of my area of expertise is understanding the story the data plays in relation to the entire project.”

In addition, he loves data analysis, speaks at conferences and to church staffs on a wide range of topics, writes the “Pastor Excel” article for The Church Network, and assists other churches and non-profit organizations with construction and administration challenges.
