Duane brings 30 years of experience in the electric/gas industry in regulated and unregulated markets to the team. Since joining the company, he has focused on transitioning customers from River Oaks Energy to Usource. Duane's primary responsibility is to build a team and grow the Texas ERCOT market, aiming to impact the company's overall performance and success positively. Known for his broad industry knowledge, leadership, problem-solving skills, and teamwork, Duane is expected to deliver great results with his team. 

Outside of work, Duane loves golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife Kathy and three adult sons. He also takes great satisfaction in serving his community and helping society's most vulnerable by volunteering and getting involved in community activities.
