For more than 30 years, Dave Ronne has helped churches thrive at the intersection of communication, worship, leadership, and creative ministry. Having served as a senior leader, teaching pastor, worship leader, and next-generation mentor, Dave brings a broad perspective shaped by decades of hands-on ministry experience. 

Three years ago, Dave joined the MEI team, bringing his passion for the local church and extensive ministry experience to help pastors and communication teams craft compelling messaging around vision, growth, expansion, and funding initiatives. He excels at helping churches clearly communicate the “why” behind their next steps, inspiring confidence, engagement, and generosity among their congregations. 

Known for his practical insight, collaborative approach, and heart for the Church, Dave equips ministry leaders and teams to communicate with greater clarity, build alignment around a shared vision, and create healthy, sustainable cultures that help people grow in faith and purpose.
